Wood is recruiting for a Lead Electrical Engineer to join our Minerals & Metals business based in Perth, Western Australia. This is a permanent role and available on a full-time / part-time basis.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will balance technical, team, client, and project leadership and thrive on the challenge of:
- Working across a range of engineering projects at any phase including: - concept identification, selection and definition, FEED, detailed design/execute, construction and commissioning.
- Setting clear technical direction for any assigned direct reports on your project.
- Representing the Electrical discipline in design reviews, peer review, HAZOP, HazID, and have capability to facilitate such reviews.
Your dual focus on relationships and delivery will be essential. Anticipating client needs beyond the immediate scope, you will drive technical excellence and assurance on the Electrical engineering portion, while enabling the ongoing growth and development of your team. You will also work in close partnership with other disciplines and the client to enable robust technical decisions that ultimately add value to the client’s project.
