• Design and development of cutting edge electrical architectures within the SDV Hub
• Take part in the implementation of proof of concept (PoC) studies on HW/SW architecture with short iteration cycles, building upon the PoCs of others
• Communicate to leadership any new findings and details for consideration, discuss potential solutions
• Create block diagrams, defining connections between components
• Work in cross-functional teams, integrate create solutions, support the verification system (HIL, XIL, reference setups) and drive verifications
• Collaborate with cross functional engineering teams, including electrical component owners, wire harness groups, controls and ECU hardware
• Lead, train and mentor entry-level engineers in areas of technical expertise through the execution of tasks and deliverables
• Take initiative to own technical issues as they arise and coordinate with team members or other teams to drive toward resolution
