Our Corporate IT Team within GXS Technology Services (internal IT) aims to be a technology leader that provides predictive and seamless experiences to all GXS employees. We are a diverse team of technology practitioners looking to outserve fellow employees with positive, personalized IT experiences. We are looking for individuals with similar customer-centric and innovative values to join our growing team.

Really nice to haves skills

• Savvy ITIL knowledge.
• Software developer background in areas - Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.
• Certifications in CISSP, ECSA, CEH, CISM, CISA, CPTC and/or CPTE
• Monitoring knowledge on various monitoring tools (DataDog, CloudWatch etc)

The incumbent plays an important IT management role that is essential to GXS in ensuring up to date security systems for the business.

You are expected to:

• Driving value for GXS finding the opportunities by proactively working together with other internal IT or business stakeholders, creating solutions that add value, delivering and supporting them with excellence
• Be the champion and evangelist of security capabilities within Enterprise Technology and with key stakeholder functions.
• Contribute to the execution of IT governance and compliance processes and procedures
• Participating in security project deliveries, efficiently working with Project managers.
• Work jointly with the Security team in security incident response.

• Work jointly with the Security team for detection and/or prevention system and network against virus, malware, spam, zero-day vulnerabilities and cyber threats.Administration on security systems.

The must haves:

• Solid PowerShell / Shell / Bash scripting skills.
• Possess experience in security solutions such as Endpoint Security, Firewalls, VPN, SIEM, IDS/IPS, WAF and malware protection systems.
• Equipped with an analytical mind, innovative ideas and robust troubleshooting skills.

• At least 3 yrs of administration experience in Windows / Linux / MacOS families on Cloud (AWS or Azure) and networking.Excellent soft skills - able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Open-minded, creative and innovative.
