QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering
  • Min. 5 years of relevant automotive experience
  • Turbomachinery and Internal Combustion Engine / Powertrain expertise
  • Engineering leader with proven experience in direct customer interface. Prior product validation and launch experience, product development and component designProven problem-solving skills, including ability to interpret data, define actions, and implement solutions to ensure flawless launches

Responsibilities:

  • Directly managing and mentoring a dedicated team of development engineers, designers, and technicians
  • Defining top-down turbocharger functional requirements and design specifications
  • Liaising with customer and acting as their key technical counterpart on the projects
  • Leading the development and launch of new product designs and applications for our customers following automotive project management standards
  • Simulating and qualifying full products to meet customer needs
  • Ensuring flawless product launches, considering performance, cost, reliability, APQP, and timing
