Description:
Working in the South Staffordshire area, the responsibilities of the Lead Engineer will be to provide field support to a small team of service and repair engineers ensuring that compliance and quality targets are met. The successful applicant will assist in the control of the contract(s) ensuring Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality compliance is maintained and the Company’s procedures and objectives are achieved.
Responsibilities:
- To complete Work in Progress, Quality checks and Health and Safety Audits, whilst building and maintaining relationships with clients, tenants and external customers
- To complete van audits, ensuring they are clean and tidy, and roadworthy
- To act as a point of contact for the contract team within allocated region, including administration and engineers, for any issues that they may have
- To provide relief cover if required, to oversee engineer workloads, attend weekly office meetings and external contract meetings
- To carry out any remedial action and provide on-call support as required
Qualifications required:
- ACS (including CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1)
- LPG, Oil and Unvented desirable but not essential
- Full, clean Driving License
Supervisory experience is preferred and experience working on multi-fuel types desirable

Pay: £36,000.00-£38,000.00 per yea
