Responsibilities:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Enterprise Risk Officer who will be part of the Home Lending Valuations Risk team, providing oversight of the use of appraisals and other valuation products as used in the Home Lending organization. In this role, you will:
- Oversee key front-line processes, utilizing knowledge of risk programs, regulatory requirements, and process and control design.
- Partner closely with the line of business to support business strategy, key initiatives, and process changes.
- Partner across IRM risk types (Market, Operational, Compliance, Model) and with Legal to ensure all risks to front line activities are properly assessed
- Create and monitor oversight reporting and metrics
- Review and challenge of front-line issue remediation and change management
- Integrate into key strategic initiatives
- Analyze data and trends to identify emerging risks
- Ensure that appropriate escalation and communication is provided to IRM senior management
