LEAD ESTIMATOR - CIVIL

We are seeking a Lead Estimator with a background in civil construction and engineering. If you are a positive, people-oriented individual who is looking for a permanent, full-time position with opportunities for advancement then this job is the right one for you! Position available in the Fraser Valley.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of well-rounded work experience in civil construction is required.
- An advanced understanding of civil construction controls processes and work procedures is required.
- Previous exposure to construction estimating processes and systems is preferred.
- The ability to read and interpret design drawings and specifications for different project owners and specification sources.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Bluebeam (or similar) software skills are required.
- The ability to work through problems independently and find solutions.
