To strengthen our technical support department, we are looking for a Lead-Expert Customized Software Solution (m/w/d).
Location: Baden-Baden, Düsseldorf, Bergkirchen
Type of employment: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Technical advice and technical management of the correspondingly assigned employees in consultation with the responsible team leader
  • Supporting department and team management in particularly practical technical issues, in personnel and material planning in the specialist area as well as in cost estimates and preparing quotations
  • Contact person and consultant for other departments and teams in technical matters; also and explicitly for product management and the development department
  • Contact person for customers in high-priority or critical projects or support cases
  • Collaboration in your own area, provided that the aforementioned tasks are not hindered; this includes the creation of customer scripts, customer-specific setups and the support of defined, internally used tools
