Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Finance Analyst to lead financial analysis for Deposit Finance team - including management of product and deepening reporting, establish KPIs / OKRs, develop business cases for various initiatives, partner with strategy and analytics to drive financial analysis, and partner with teams to oversee expenses

In this role, you will:

  • Support leadership in developing financial research, forecasting of financial metrics, operating and strategic reviews
  • Recommend solutions based on data that may have critical impact on long term business performance
  • Deliver solutions on long term strategy for efficient and effective process in support of providing key metrics
  • Provide vision, direction and expertise to more experienced leadership by recommending compliance and risk requirements for supported area
  • Lead large companywide complex projects and initiatives to drive change and success
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Create and manage new product / segment reporting
  • Create and manage Cross Line of Business Deepening with deposits view along with partnering with other consumer products teams
  • Manage KPIs/OKRs for the business including creating long term targets
  • Partner with other team member to manage expenses
  • Develop business cases for various product initiatives
  • Participate in business investment planning and size financial impact for various initiatives
  • Partner with strategy and analytics to drive various analysis
  • Lead various adhocs deposits finance team
