Responsibilities:
As a Lead Finance Specialist- Cash Flow Planning & Analysis, you will be responsible for:
- Assessing the amount, timing, and predictability of cash-inflows and outflows as the basis for budgeting and business-planning.
- Analyzing and reporting a business’ operating-activities, investing-activities and financing activities for the purpose of establishing the overall (net) change in cash-flow for a defined period.
- Developing elaborated proposals for changing processes and procedures assessing the impact on directly related processes/functions.
- Communicating the broader picture to the team. Use of basic influencing skills to deliver on assigned goals.
- Providing services to the function or directly to the business.
- Handling department work guided by procedures. Exceptional cases are resolved by choosing the right procedure
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Finance).
- Have Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Cash flow Planning & Analysis..
- Have Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
- Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
