Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate leader to steer us forward and drive the future of our EWM module to global and SAP best practice. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead innovation initiatives and devise solutions aimed at improving the performance of our manufacturing facilities. We’re looking for someone whose leadership experience extends beyond driving results as this role will also play a pivotal role in empowering and guiding team members at all levels of the organisation to deliver value to the business. Your remit extends to all corners of the global so the opportunities in this role and at Gallagher are almost endless.

THE FIT
You will be a natural at balancing and combining your technical competence with a deep understanding of EWM and business operations. You’ll excel as a strategic partner for the business, renowned for your adept communication and relationship-building abilities. You have a strong background in SAP EWM module implementation, configuration, and optimization within complex enterprise environments.
You’ll bring with you a continuous improvement mindset and passionately invest in staying up to date with the latest SAP EWM trends, technologies, and best practices to implement continuous improvements initiatives within our organisation.
Some of the keys skills and experiences we’re looking for:
- Strong understanding of warehouse management processes, logistics, and supply chain management principles within global enterprise organisations.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP EWM projects within enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in including inbound and outbound processes, warehouse monitoring, resource management, and integration with other SAP modules.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail; excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
