Description:
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The Lead Gaming Machine & Multimedia Technician is the technical product expert who is responsible for leading the Gaming Machine and Multimedia technical team. You will ensure projects are run effectively and efficiently. You will oversee and coordinate movement of electronic gaming products on the casino floor and assisting with all elements of implementation of new gaming products, electronic signage, and technology, while always ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations with the outcome of delivering an outstanding customer experience.
To be successful in this position you will have the following:
- 5+ years of technical experience with gaming machines products (essential)
- Knowledge of electronic table games and gaming signage
- Demonstrated success in leading a technical team
- Proven ability in performance management and effective mentoring.
- Demonstrated proficiency in labour management, including effectively managing absenteeism and assigning tasks for technicians.
- Proficiency in implementing, developing, and continuously reviewing Standard Operating Procedures
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a strong focus on risk and compliance, ensuring that policies and procedures are consistently followed and met by the team.
- Take a proactive approach by employing strategic thinking to guide successful project outcomes.
- Demonstrated commitment to championing Health & Safety within a team environment.
