We are seeking a seasoned Lead Gen Manager to join our Marketing team. This is a full-time global role, reporting to the VP of Marketing. This is an exciting opportunity where you will be responsible for developing and executing our Lead Gen strategy and be responsible for key initiatives that will have a material impact on top-line revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic, resourceful, and action-oriented B2B SaaS marketer who enjoys wearing multiple hats. Your efforts will directly contribute to building our pipeline, increasing revenue, and establishing a strong brand presence in our key market.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft and implement lead generation strategies to drive qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Partner closely with the Sales team to ensure MQLs, across channels, are qualified and tracked through the sales funnel. Facilitate the handover of qualified leads and lead follow-up tactics.
  • Manage the collection and utilisation of audience data through content, web, and email marketing to generate and nurture leads.
  • Create a segmented nurture strategy for leads to keep them engaged. Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager to create and optimise nurture campaigns that engage our audiences at all stages of their buyer’s journey.
  • Manage reporting and analysis of funnel performance- from MQL through to customer, with tools such as HubSpot.
  • Build and execute the ABM Playbook that drives engagement and revenue growth. Create custom targeted profile lists within HubSpot for directed personalised marketing campaigns
  • Own HubSpot across the sales and marketing teams and ensure it’s being leveraged to its fullest potential. Administer and maintain our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Create and manage workflows, sequences, forms, and email campaigns, call to action, landing pages, etc. within the HubSpot platform.
  • Optimise email deliverability and open rates by employing best practices and constantly improving email templates, subject lines, and CTAs.
  • Regularly analyse HubSpot and uncover opportunities for campaigns and tactics to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Measure results and optimise lead nurturing workflows for targeted lists to convert leads into customers.
  • Work to minimise list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of email sends. Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations, data privacy policies, and best practices.
