Description:
We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help us reach out to potential clients and increase our customer base. This role involves identifying and contacting potential clients who meet our ideal customer profiles (ICPs). REQUIREMENTS
Technical Skills
- Experience with basic CRM software to log interactions and manage lead information.
- Ability to use email and communication tools efficiently to reach out to prospects.
- Basic understanding of lead generation principles and the sales process.

Responsibilities:
Generate Leads
- Identify potential clients that fit our ideal customer profiles using provided lists and tools.
- Reach out to potential leads through emails and phone calls to introduce our company and products.
- Schedule appointments or calls between potential clients and our sales team.
Data Management
- Keep track of outreach efforts and responses using our customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Update client information in our database to ensure that sales teams have accurate and up-to-date information.
- Report on weekly activities and results to the supervising manager.
Collaboration and Feedback
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand better and refine our ideal customer profiles.
- Share insights and feedback from potential clients to help refine marketing strategies and product offerings.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and share effective techniques for engagement.
