REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven track record of success in lead generation, preferably within a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of lead generation tactics, techniques, and tools across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on generating innovative solutions.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot) is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving measurable business outcomes.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Lead Generation Expert, you will spearhead lead generation strategies to support our clients’ growth objectives. Your primary focus will be on generating high-quality leads through various channels, optimizing conversion rates, and nurturing leads throughout the sales funnel. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies tailored to each client’s objectives and target audience.
  • Identify and evaluate new lead generation opportunities, including but not limited to email marketing, content marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, and partnerships.
  • Create compelling content and marketing collateral to attract and engage potential leads.
  • Implement lead scoring and segmentation strategies to prioritize and qualify leads effectively.
  • Utilize CRM systems and marketing automation tools to track, manage, and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
  • Analyze lead generation performance metrics and KPIs to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and creative, to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in lead generation and digital marketing.
