Requirements:

  • Fluent oral and written language, other European language knowledge is an advantage.
  • Proven 2+ years experience in email outreach in a B2B or sales environment .
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to craft engaging and personalized email content.
  • Familiarity with email outreach tools and platforms (e.g., outreach automation tools, CRM systems).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret outreach performance data and make strategic adjustments.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • A results-driven attitude and a focus on achieving outreach KPIs and targets

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify target contacts and organizations for outreach efforts.
  • Develop and execute cold outreach email campaigns to potential clients or partners.
