TECH REQUIREMENTS
In order to perform the job duties of a B2B Outbound Marketing Specialist (Contract Position), you must be able to meet the following requirements.
Hardware: To support the necessary systems for TechnologyAdvice, the following minimum requirements for a laptop or desktop computer are required.
- Windows 10 Home, Windows 10 Pro, or Mac OS (Windows 10 Home S Mode and Chromebooks do not meet the requirements)
- Intel i3 processor or comparable
- 8GB of RAM
- 250GB of hard drive storage
- 1920 x 1080 Display Resolution
Responsibilities:
- Perform B2B telemarketing efforts on behalf of our clients, identifying qualified leads for their campaigns
- Learn and use customized scripts, articulating the technical and business benefits of our client’s products/services
- Build rapport with potential leads to gather information
- Develop and maintain daily plans to maximize phone interaction time
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned goals by the expected date
- Analyze our scripts and processes, listen to calls, and find innovative solutions to help programs run more efficiently
