Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Podcast Outreach and Coordination Specialist to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to enhance Cody’s visibility and authority in the fields of stock option trading coaching, real estate investment, and business building through strategic podcast appearances. The ideal candidate will have a knack for research, relationship-building, and effective communication.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficient in using Google and Google Maps for research.
  • Experience with online forums and discussion boards, particularly wholesale forums.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately log and manage information.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with basic email etiquette and professional communication.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough online searches using Google and Google Maps to identify potential vendors.
  • Browse and participate in wholesale forums to discover new vendor opportunities.
  • Log detailed information of potential vendors, including website, email, phone numbers, and other relevant data.
  • Reach out to brands via email to request a list of their authorized distributors.
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive database of vendors and distributors.
