CORE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• One or more years of Lead Hand experience required
• Leadership skills
• Door industry experience would be an asset
• Regular and consistence attendance
• Work with minimal supervision
• Able to safely use all power and air tools associated with a pre-hung door shop such as table saw, chop saw, skill saw, drills and screw guns, pneumatic staplers, nail guns, etc.
• Mathematical aptitude and understanding of imperial measurements to the 1/32 of an inch
• Able to bend, stand and/or be on your feet in a production environment for an extended period of time
• Able to lift, pull and push 40-50 lbs. throughout an entire shift
• Willingness to be hands on in all requirements of a door pre-hung production shop
• Good written English and communication skills
• One or more years of Reach Truck Experience would be an asset
• One or more years of Forklift Experience would be an asset

YOUR ROLE:

As our Production Lead Hand, you’ll be the heart of our door shop operations. From operating machinery to setting the pace for quality standards, your jack-of-all-trades skills will shine. But that’s not all-you’ll also be a mentor, a coach, and a team player, ensuring everyone’s success along the way.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Leading by example, training, and working alongside our team
• Collaborating with supervisors to maintain a positive culture and meet production targets
• Championing continuous improvement and creative problem-solving
• Mastering every aspect of the door shop and helping refine our processes
  Shift: Monday to Thursday, 10:00am to 8:30pm
  Compensation: Starting at $30 per hour, depending on experience
