What you will do

  • Scheduling Assigns and schedules cleaning of areas at designated campuses to ensure adequate staff coverage.
  • Scheduling Maintains adequate staffing levels by appropriately scheduling staff’s days on/off.
  • Inventory Management Monitors the usage of supplies and equipment and ensures that adequate stock is available.
  • Safety Protocol Observes and enforces all safety policies, procedures, and rules to ensure a safe work environment.
  • People Management Activities Participates in people management activities for direct team members such as conducting performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and interviews.
  • Performance Management Supervises the work of others and manages the performance of individuals through feedback and recommendations.
  • Training & Education Trains staff in cleaning tasks, department procedures, and policies.

Qualifications

  • Preferred High School Diploma/GED
  • 2 years EVS Preferred
  • Dept of Trans Training (DOTTRN) - .
  • IEHA Certification - .
