Lead Information Analyst

Working collaboratively with all trust teams, design, build and deliver near real time reporting and information support, including, but not limited to Patient Observations, Activity Statistics and Clinical Communications. To undertake planning and prioritisation of the department workload to ensure that internal and external deadlines are met. Lead a team of Information analysts. Develop effective operational dashboards and report on performance against trust & external KPIs.
To support the reporting aspects of testing systems and align and update reports accordingly. Create and Monitor Data Quality analysis and information reporting To over-sea the development of routine and ad hoc reports presented in a clear and understandable format. Able to deliver complex, sensitive and sometimes contentious information to clinicians and operational management teams using appropriate communication skills to gain their understanding and engagement To ensure that all reporting runs efficiently and on time and is automated where possible including SQL Reporting Services, Power BI or similar corporate reporting tools used across the trust. Support the development of a Data Quality Strategy which sets the overarching agenda and direction for data quality including core principles, information standards and key relationships with all aspects of Trust governance.
Support and develop the Information Team through training, development and appraisal monitoring
