QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Application.
  • Minimum 8-10 year experience as a senior/lead integration consultant/developer including understanding of information landscapes, databases and data modelling.
  • Example programming skills – .Net / Python / Microservices / Kotlin, Jdk, Git, Gitbash
  • Good understanding of terms like data transformation, data modelling, ETL, data analysis, data structures, tables, schemas, entities, data attributes and other data/database terms.
  • Norwegian working proficiency
  • Work locations – preferably Oslo, optional Stavanger, Kristiansand or Stord

Responsibilities:

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Lead Integration Developer will manage integrations development and information management projects of GridOS Connect software for Electrical/Telecom utilities as part of the new Digital business. The successful candidate will demonstrate skills in successful team management and solution architecture of integrations (across GIS, ADMS, Grid Market systems), according to customer needs.
The Integration Lead will ensure Team integrations delivery on time, on budget and with customer satisfaction. In this role the candidate will utilize experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and fulfil short-term and some long-term business goals.
The Integration team will provide operations, maintenance, development and advisory on multiple ETL-, EAI- or data-hub based integration tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As some of our integration tools are new in the market, internal training will be given on the GridOS Connect toolset.

The tasks of a Senior Developer will generally consist of:

  • Integration Team management - lead the team of developers
  • Development of suitable information flows and integrations, based on customer requirements
  • Information management analysis, database operations and data-modelling
  • Estimation of integration tasks
  • Configuration of the GridOS Connect platform and the corresponding datasets
  • Programming & integrations development
  • Support and guide our customers to enable best of breed integration services to fully benefit from the value of the data integration platform hub and capitalizing on the customer data for better data access, information, digitization, improvement of effectiveness and decisions.
