Description:
Are you curious, adaptable, and a great communicator? Do you understand how client facing technology is a key broking services channel? We are looking for an analyst to join our hard working, fast paced product delivery team building and supporting a global platform.
You’ll need to understand commercial insurance, ideally broking and risk management, ensuring that these are considered in the features being delivered, while still ensuring the platform is common as possible and distinct where neccessary.
With the ethos of delivering rapid, incremental improvements you’ll have the opportunity to grow with the platform, as you may be working on integration (internal or external), data and reporting, business roll out and improvements or new feature sets at any one time.
By joining our platform team you will become part of a client focused team with a strong work/life balance and opportunities for remote/hybrid working.
Responsibilities:
- Lead workshops to explore requirements – tailoring your approach based on the features and audience
- Lead forums to gather feedback on the platform from a global audience
- Work with the platform delivery team to identify ‘what’ is to be built, why, and how we can prove it’s right; again using methods best suited to the particular delivery
- Clearly articulate features, backlog items and acceptance criteria, mock ups and user assistance as required
- Have an excellent grasps of agile frameworks and tools and use them to provide clarity to roadmap detail, thereby allowing engineering and delivery to operate to a smooth cadence
- Educate, familarise and support stakeholders with change and product knowlege through communication, documentation and show & tells
- Maximuse our technology capabilities for the benefit of our clients users
- Own practice and processes
- Shape and manage workload and allocation for Business Analysis colleagues
- Develop and mentor Business Analysis colleagues
