Responsibilities:
- You have successfully completed a degree in computer science (or similar) with several years of professional experience - ideally in a large, global company and especially in process optimization.
- You are an expert in the ITSM field (preferably you have an advanced ITIL certification), or have broad experience in Lean (incl. advanced Six-Sigma certification). You also have advanced knowledge of the regulated environment (e.g. GxP, CSV) and are familiar with other IT quality-relevant topics. Your in-depth knowledge and experience in defining and controlling SLAs, KPIs and contract-relevant service management topics will also benefit you in this role.
- Working independently within the framework of broad guidelines motivates you to generate an added value for the organization. You can develop new approaches to complex problems and convince and guide others to solve problems.
- As an expert and partner on an equal footing, you bring very good communication skills (in English; German would be an advantage). This helps you to build and maintain trusting relationships with colleagues and stakeholders worldwide. As a team player, you have already been able to make great contributions.
- You also have experience in project management and agile methods and are ready to travel around 10% during working hours
