As a Starbucks Market Research & Insights lead, you will inspire teams and leaders to take action and make decisions by serving as the champion of our Brand & Customers’ experience across the globe. In this role, you will lead with excellence across a broad variety of research projects to help understand and improve our customers’ experience across international retail and global consumer packaged goods businesses.
You will help others manage and evolve our tracking programs, translate business questions into research objectives and, in turn, into studies and learning plans across our retail, CPG and food service businesses globally. You will serve as a consultant across a wide variety of international teams, spanning—among others—Marketing, Product, Digital, Loyalty, PRO and Operations.

LEVERAGING YOUR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE, WE WILL ENABLE YOU TO:

  • Leverage your deep experience to align research priorities to best serve the strategic needs of the organization
  • Act as a thought leader and collaborator in designing, executing and evolving brand and customer experience research plans and tracking programs, incorporating diverse approaches
  • Serve as catalyst for new and innovative research approaches across the team, and build capability among your team members
  • Collaborate with business partners and team members to translate business questions into research designs and customized reports
  • Tell compelling stories with data, making meaning for business stakeholders, and driving enterprise wide action
  • Master Starbucks research approaches to add value and impact incremental research capabilities
  • Serve as an influencer with VPs and above, representing the voice of our Customers
