In this role, you will:
- Lead process design, optimization and solutioning of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Lead and manage email marketing production of campaign deliverables for complex email marketing programs, including personalization, dynamic content, SQL, automation and journey mapping
- Build and manage strategic relationships through collaboration with marketing campaign managers and leaders to design and adjust execution plans based on strategic priorities
- Work with stakeholders to collaborate on defining key campaign parameters and overall creative approach for email production
- Lead cross-functionality projects to develop and refine systems, processes, capabilities, and best practices to improve email marketing production
- Review and analyze email programs to develop solutions to optimize campaign production efficiency
- Collaborate and consult with product, technology, and other organizational units to identify and implement solutions to a wide range of program challenges
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Marketing Production experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) experience. Must be able to translate business requirements into solutions that demonstrate Salesforce platform & facilitate business outcomes
- Ability to guide/lead/train email marketing consultants on SFMC capabilities and paths to solutions
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and queries, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder and analytics to produce desired outcomes in SFMC
- BS/BA degree or higher
- Ability to apply email marketing insights and subject matter expertise to partner with campaign managers to implement effective campaign execution
- Ability to understand stakeholders’ perspective and demonstrate responsiveness to their needs
- Experience leading strategic partnerships, cross functionality teams, and strategic projects while consulting with stakeholders on email marketing programs
