ABOUT YOU:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in the Oil/Petrochemical industry.
• With Contracts/vendor management experience.
• With Project & maintenance experience.
• With Contracts/vendor management experience.
• With Pipeline inspection experience.
• With Lifting activities experience.
• With Static and Rotating equipment experience.
• Good experience in managing technician
• KPI monitoring/data analysis experience.
• Budget (sourcing/write-up) experience.
• Corrosion mechanism knowledge.
• Strong data analysis acumen and ability to transform findings into opportunities for improvement.
• Good knowledge of maintenance, operations, safety, and product knowledge.
• Communication & stakeholder management.
• Good knowledge of FEED and Detail Design.

• Led a team of Mechanical Engineers.
• Responsible for identifying whether an asset requires preventive maintenance, based on risk assessments & asset criticality review, regulatory & statutory requirements, company standards, maintenance policies, and analysis of the maintenance history.
• Responsible for establishing which default activities, standard procedures, and required tools are needed as part of the preventive maintenance Work orders and consult with the Planner to get his input on the scope of work and default activities.
• Execute the Capex projects in line with applicable company standards such as Management of Change and Project Management.
• Identify the Capex required based on the business or sustainability needs of the terminal.
• Carry out inspections to evaluate the quality of engineering works and/or the integrity of existing installations or structures, and make recommendations on the remedial works needed to ensure conformance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Perform maintenance analysis.
• Perform relatively simple quality sampling and inspection of assets or processes (or both).
• Responsible for troubleshooting technical problems, equipment and system failures.
• Determine root cause for equipment and system failures and recommend corrective measures.
• Facilitate internal and external audits as such authorities audits & customers’ audits.
