Description:
We are looking for a passionate renal lead nurse to join our leadership team
You must have experience in managing large complex teams and be inspirational in the way that you lead.
This post is responsible for the running of the 4 renal wards all based at Hammersmith Hospital, one of these wards is a High Dependency ward
The post holder is also responsible for overseeing the renal out patients service and our specialist Clinical nurses who work across North West London
You will be joining a team that is progressive and forward thinking in the way that we deliver services across North West london .
We provide a large diverse renal service and work closely with imperial college.
- The post holder must be an experienced nurse
- Lead a team of over 200 nurses working across 72 beds and renal out patients
- Ensure that a high quality of care is delivered at all times
- Ensure that the budgets are managed efficiently
- Be able to deliver a robust governance process
