Job Title: Lead Occupational Therapist
Salary: £43,742 – £50,952 (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

OVERVIEW:

Compass Associates is collaborating with a distinguished mental health service near Beckenham. Offering outpatient, day care, and inpatient treatment programs, they cater to a diverse spectrum of mental health diagnoses, including Personality Disorder, Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and Addictions.
Together we are looking for a Lead Occupational Therapist to lead and manage the Occupational Therapy team, providing clinical and managerial supervision. The OT team consists of 2 OTs, and 3 OTAs. Other responsibilities include; conducting assessments, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment plans. Collaborate with the Lead Psychologist in developing the group sessions, attend monthly Clinical Governance Committee meetings.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

– BSc Hons or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
– Active HCPC Registration in Occupational Therapy
– Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience
– Adult mental health and inpatient setting experience
