Lead Patient Financial Services Representative \Remote. Candidates residing in AK, WA, MT, OR, CA or TX are encouraged to apply.
The Lead Patient Financial Services Representative demonstrates an understanding of revenue cycle functions in order to coordinate and organize the functions of the designated team. Responsible for the daily monitoring of a team, including work assignments, meeting timelines and goals, ensuring quality and staffing. The Lead serves as the primary contact for the team members when problems arise and helps in the training of new processes/systems.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s Degree: Business or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Five years: Health care business office experience or related field. Extensive customer service experience and knowledge of healthcare terms with an emphasis on revenue cycle.
  • Two years: Tenure with Revenue Cycle Services.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in managing people.
