Description:

Join our dynamic Human Resources Technology team and play a pivotal role as a Lead Pega Engineer to drive our strategic initiatives in line with our strategy. Your contributions will be vital in meeting our risk obligations and achieving platform unification to enhance services for our human resources and human resource outsourcing customers.

What role will you play?
As a Lead Pega Engineer, you will leverage your extensive software and solution engineering expertise to navigate complex technical challenges and delivery hurdles. Your strong experience in Pega will be instrumental as you develop and review code with precision. Beyond coding, you will embrace broader management and delivery roles, contributing to our strategic roadmap. Your capabilities will extend to robust solution architecture, design, stakeholder management and engineering leadership.

What you offer

  • Exceptional hands-on proficiency and technical acumen in Pega systems
  • Attained or aspiring towards PEGA CLSA certification
  • Experience in guiding and supporting a team of talented developers
  • Experience in managing technical delivery, ensuring successful outcomes while collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, and technical subject matter experts
  • Strong understanding of technical solutions, design patterns, and coding practices for medium to complex applications in a clustered environment
  • Proficiency with EKS, containerization, cloud technologies, and AWS
  • Practical experience with API-based integration for contemporary systems
  • Familiarity with security principles and best practices
  • Experience with Pega SaaS will be highly desirable.
