Description:

The post holder will be operationally responsible for the development, management and delivery of systems and processes in respect of MCA, including DoLS to support the Trust meet its legal duty in discharging its responsibilities. The purpose of the job is to improve early and accurate identification and management of Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults by leadership, expert practice, research and education.
Interviews will take place on Friday 19th April.
Work as a team member within the Safeguarding team.
Promote and develop staff understanding of MCA and DoLs
To ensure the trust is working within the legal and human rights framework to protect patients with a cognitive impairment.
Ensure a think family approach is adopted by staff when assessment and application is being discussed.
