Responsibilities:

  • Strategic leadership for global product compliance, including the management of a three-person team
  • Minimization of the risks for the company through legally compliant products and transparent, documented processes
  • Identification of legal, technical and safety issues and definition of corrective actions
  • Identification of applicable regulatory requirements, risk assessment and legal research, product conformity assessment and co-certification management
  • Point of contact for national and international authorities and are responsible for professional communication with all stakeholders involved
  • Monitoring and implementation of the regulatory updates of the BBGs sales markets
  • Process development to constantly monitor and control product safety and product legal compliance
  • Process development and optimization of technical product documentation, creation of internal documents (DoCs, DoPs) for existing and new items
