Description:

As a Lead Product Manager on our emerging technology team, you will have the opportunity to bring new products in the genAI/ML space to life, in test and at scale, for end-users. Your role will involve a blend of strategic thinking, technical acumen, and cross-functional collaboration to build and launch new, best-in-class customer experiences. What you will do…

  • Lead a cross-functional effort to bring new customer-facing experiences to life
  • Collaboration with data scientists and engineers to define technical requirements
  • Creation of requirements, roadmap, and MVP launch criteria for new experiences leveraging emerging technologies
  • Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to validate hypotheses and inform product decisions
  • Prioritization of features and enhancements, including, but not limited to, development of OKRs, OSTs, and leadership of discovery ceremonies

Responsibilities:
