• Create and maintain detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Lead Product Manager to spearhead the product strategy, planning and execution of our proprietary agent platform. As a crucial member of our technology team, you will be at the forefront of orchestrating collaboration among the development team, brokerage operational team, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors. Your role is central to building a cutting-edge platform that caters to the diverse needs of our real estate professionals, all while ensuring alignment with the company’s overarching business objectives. You will act as the voice of the customer, championing the specific needs of our users, and overseeing high-level decision-making, including feature prioritization, release schedules, and the overall direction of the product.
