Description:
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Product Manager in software
- Experience of leading and driving the success of Product teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and to developer teams (internal or external)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology
- Fluent German speaker (a must)

ROLE DESCRIPTION
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to lead a team of 10 Product Owners
- As the lead Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the successful delivery and maintenance of various software Products.
- Your expertise in software architecture, product development, agile, and project management will be crucial in driving the organization towards efficient and effective outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product Development: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business challenges and requirements, and develop innovative solutions to address them.
- Project Management: Lead and manage end-to-end solution implementation projects, including planning, resource (external and internal) allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
- Leadership: Work closely with various departments to gather insights, align objectives, and ensure effective implementation of business solutions.
- Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth adoption of new business solutions across the organization.
- Training and Support: Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring a seamless transition to new processes and technologies.
