Description:
- $240K - $270K total package within an established Tier 2 Builder.

Responsibilities:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable Tier 2 builder, delivering a fully resourced $60M Education New build based near Turramurra. Reporting to the Project Director, you will lead the Project Team to ensure the project is delivered on-time and within budget.
This role will see you undertaking the following responsibilities:
- Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring budget and quality standards.
- Develop project plans, monitor progress, adjust to meet objectives.
- Coordinate teams for seamless execution and on-time project delivery.
- Manage risks, resolve conflicts, and minimize project disruptions.
- Oversee procurement, manage subcontractor contracts, and support timelines.
- Facilitate communication, update clients and stakeholders on project progress.
