We are looking for an experienced Lead Quality Engineer for our eXposure Management (XM) area.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Quality Assurance and Control: Overseeing the development of quality standards and ensuring they are adhered to throughout the organization. This includes process audits and product evaluations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in processes, practices, and products, and working with teams to implement these changes.
  • Training and Coaching: Providing training and guidance to teams on quality processes and best practices.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Working closely with different teams within the Organization, such as development, testing, and operations, to embed quality practices in their workflows.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Establishing and tracking quality metrics to monitor performance and identify areas needing attention.
  • Risk Management: Identifying potential quality risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Compliance and Standards Adherence: Ensuring that the products and processes comply with relevant standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Customer Focus: Aligning quality objectives with customer expectations and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
