Co-Development Business Unit is looking for Lead QA Engineer (Test Automation)

• Define and implement QA processes, standards, and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, project leads, and others to understand requirements and establish testing strategies.
• Plan, prioritize, and manage testing activities across multiple modules (Android app, iOS app, dashboard), ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
• Review and approve test plans, test cases, and test scripts developed by QA team, ensuring coverage and accuracy.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of mobile application and web application
• Collaborate with software developers, project leads, and others to understand the requirement and identify test scenarios
• Perform manual and automated testing of mobile application and web application, including functional, regression, and sanity testing
• Identify, document, and track software defects and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
