Description:

A career as a Lead QA reporting to the Senior Director of Special Digital Projects at National Bank means being part of the organization’s digital transformation and contributing to the development of innovative and high-quality solutions.
You contribute to a unique initiative in the market by leveraging your creativity to do things differently. You build and work with a small, elite team of carefully selected experts, while collaborating closely with various business lines and external partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish testing strategies and support the team in executing these tests.
  • Ensure stability and quality of our applications through comprehensive test coverage.
  • Plan and oversee integration tests, end-to-end tests, and user acceptance tests.
  • Coordinate performance tests including data strategy.
  • Develop quality plans, communicate them, and monitor them.
  • Ensure resolution of anomalies and organize triage sessions.
  • Manage expectations of our internal and external clients versus team capacity (prioritization of anomalies, risk-based testing approach).
  • Interpret test results, analyze, diagnose, implement action plans, and develop dashboards and KPIs.
