POSITION SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a passionate Lead Quality Engineer with strong communication skills, knowledge, and experience in banking and financial services to perform quality engineering activities and focus on the delivery of valuable outcomes and ensures alignment to client and customer needs.

MANDATORY SKILLS:

• Experience working with mobile testing or mobile automation tools such as Appium or XCTest.
• Experience working with ETL testing.
• Experience working with Banking channels and products – Web Banking, Mobile banking.
• Experience in core banking.
• Experience with agile project management tools such as JIRA/Confluence or HP ALM.

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and automation scripts for mobile applications across ios and android.
• Design and implement automated testing frameworks and tools to streamline testing processes and increase efficiency.
• Expertise in designing and developing scripts through appium as per client defined technical specifications.
• Expertise in designing BDD scripts for GUI, functionality, integration, user acceptance, including regression for web and mobile applications.
• Execute SQL queries based on the requirements and fetch data from various databases.
• Ensuring all components provide quality and maintaining compliance with client processes and governing standards.
• Collaborate with external vendors and partners involved in payment processing, ensuring seamless integration, and interoperability.
• Working in AGILE methodology projects, participating in scrum ceremonies on daily basis, explaining the underlying defects & issues in scrum call in detail.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the SDLC.
• Experienced in defining and documenting the quality engineering approach and overarching plan and strategy across multiple applications through SDLC phases.
  Salary Range: $95,000-$115,000
