Job Description
As the Lead Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring and overseeing quality assurance standards, policies, and procedures within our business. You will be tasked with ensuring strict adherence to quality systems and procedures, ongoing accreditation of ASME and ISO9001 systems, and strict adherence to OHS systems and procedures. In addition, you will be responsible for providing skilled direction to support QC and production teams quality deliverables, monitoring and providing ongoing tracking of individual projects against quality requirements, and developing project-specific Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Quality Plans, and Manufacturers Data Records (MDRs) and other prescribed project deliverables.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Experience with ASME and ISO9001 accreditation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
