Responsible for establishing and maintaining a comprehensive RIM Program in alignment with the Worldwide Records and Information Management (WWRIM) Policy and Standards for their assigned sites in Germany and Tokyo, Japan. Accountable for developing and administering an integration plan to align legacy acquired company processes with current J&J practices, including communications and training regarding aligned program practices. Participate as a member of the J&J RIM Community of Practice to harmonize processes where applicable.
EDUCATION:
- Tertiary qualification in records and/or information management or a relevant field and/or equivalent level of expertise gained from experience, training, or professional accreditation
- Certifications such as Information Governance Professional (IGP), Certified Information Governance Officer (CIGO), Certified Records Manager (CRM), or Certified Information Professional (CIP) are preferred
