Description:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Therapeutic Recreation, Recreation, or related field from accredited college/ university.
- upon hire: National Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist - National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification.
- upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- upon hire: In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check is required for this position.
- 3 years Related work experience in a patient care setting.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s Degree. Or
- Ph.D.
- 3 years Working with a geriatric population.
