Description:
We are working with a financial services entity who are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to manage their regulatory affairs, based at their offices in Abu Dhabi.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Law
- Over 8 years of experience in Law Advisory Role or Law Practice (preferred in relation to commercial, companies and securities laws and regulations)
- Strong expertise in capital markets legislation
- Proven experience with court procedures, litigation processes and contracts.
- Extensive network across UAE/Abu Dhabi regulators or on an international level beneficial
- Deep understanding of (capital markets) legal policies in UAE/Abu Dhabi or on an international level beneficial
- Ability to provide in-depth advice, guidance and practical inputs in relation to legal aspects of capital market.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English
