Job Title: Lead Robotic Process Automation Analyst (multiple openings)
Job Location: Newark, Delaware
Job Type: Full Time
Duties: Collaborates with business subject matter experts to assess business processes and identify opportunities for process automation that increase efficiencies and reduce operational risk. Configures the workflow based on the detailed business requirements utilizing the RPA software. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. Travel Required.
Requirements : Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in an automation or developer -related occupation.
Position required skills: Position requires experience in: Work with Salesforce, Workday, VIFI, ServiceNow, SailPoint, Jira, Confluence, FNZ. CyberArk, and COM; Utilizing tools such as Java, SQL, HTML, CSS, VB.NET, .NET 4.5, 4.0, ASP.NET, Web Services, and AWS; Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio; Utilizing reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, Tableau, and SSRS; Robotic process automation development using Blue Prism; Using methodologies such as Agile Scrum, Waterfall, and Kanban; and Utilizing databases including Windows OS, Citrix, Web, Java, Mainframe, and Oracle.
Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program
Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $125,133.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
