QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years relevant consulting or industry experience
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Must be willing to work onsite up to 1 day biweekly
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance

Preferred:

• Experience with Agile development methodology
• Experience leading teams of 3-5 resources.
• 4+ years of experience with analyzing technical documents/system architecture and gathering business requirements

As a lead in this role, you will lead efforts to support our government client by generating modern requirements documentation from legacy, disparate sources of information. In addition to this, you will also be responsible for facilitating meetings with engaging slides, managing client interactions, and drafting essential materials. Your duties will encompass analyzing legacy program structures to capture business logic and functionality within mission-critical programs, creating business concepts, requirements documents, flowcharts, and process diagrams, as well as understanding complex financial-based accounting systems. Additionally, you should possess a basic understanding of agile principles, modern programming languages, and coding techniques. Your ability to analyze a substantial amount of information and synthesize it into a digestible format will be an asset in this role.
