Description:

DePuy Synthes, a market-leading Medical Devices business within Johnson & Johnson, has an outstanding opportunity for a Lead Senior Finance Analyst within the MedTech Principal Operations, Centre of Excellence (MTPO COE). This role is supply-chain focused, with the opportunity to gain extensive exposure across the organization.
Reporting to the BUF DPS Joints Finance Manager, this role includes leading a team of analysts in supporting the financial integrity of Inventory Gross to Net for the DePuy Synthes franchises under their control.

Responsibilities:

The core responsibility of this role will be providing financial leadership and governance, key responsibilities include:

  • Team Leadership - position direct reports with clear and adequate directions, expectations. Lead a team of direct reports with a focus on training and talent development
  • Supporting month end close activities within own team.
  • Inventory Reporting, E&O, CIP, S&OP, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Audit Requests
  • Monthly/quarterly BVA and MoM analysis, etc.
  • Reviews and ensure accuracy of analysis, challenges assumptions, and implements corrective actions. Proactively investigates, explaining variances and ensures timely completion of financial reporting requirements.
  • Build positive relationships with the Global Finance/ MTPO COE community driving consistent reporting and standardization.
  • Promote and nurture the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, compliance, and actively support our compliance program, related initiatives, and activities.
  • Monthly closing process (P&L and Balance Sheet) & submissions
  • Yearly Business Plan and quarterly Forecasting updates (P&L and Balance Sheet)
  • Provide support to cross-functional projects impacting inventory and supply chain product flows
  • Maintaining the highest compliance standards and assisting in audit and SOX compliance testing
  • Ad hoc analysis.
