Description:

SCOPE FO WORK

  • Maintain and improve Workday usage.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in Workday
  • Spot flaws and inefficiencies in Workday and develop solutions and improvements.
  • Ensure best practices in HR via scalable processes.
  • Spot opportunities for business process re-engineering (BPR) initiatives to improve productivity.
  • Spot new Workday requirements.
  • Communicate with users to understand requirements and needs.
  • Resolve Workday issues and improve user experience.
  • Ensure solutions are viable and consistent.
  • Develop Workday guidelines and manuals.
  • Conduct user training.
  • Review Workday and generate reports on efficiencies and improvement areas.
  • Structure and communicate plans with stakeholders for review, approval and implementation.Keep abreast with the latest HRIS technology and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Hands-on xperience in managing data, HR transactions and processes in HRIS.
  • Hands-on experience in HR processes and expert in HR policies.
  • Hands-on experience in managing data, HR transactions and processes in HRIS.
  • Able to to understand stakeholders’ issues, identify gaps, gather feedback and communicate solutions to stakeholders.
  • Able to work with System Integrator and other teams on possible solutions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and documentation skills.
  • Able to work in ambiguous situations and consider issues from a long-term operational perspective.
  • Comfortable with co-solutioning and implementing solutions/new initiatives.Excellent planning skills to manage milestones and stakeholders’ expectations.
