Responsibilities:
ROLE SUMMARY
- MODEC provides engineering design and consultancy services to support oil and gas extraction and offshore exploration activities, specializing in Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) vessels. We are a part of the Mitsui Group, with 5000+ employees from 25 countries.
- As a Product Manager in the Digital and Analytics Tech team, you will take charge of a bespoke software product within our expanding platform of innovative digital initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop wireframes and storyboards to effectively communicate product features and user flows to stakeholders and development teams.
- Maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog. Write and prioritize product stories.
- Design MVP solutions for quick implementation while considering a scalable foundation that allows for subsequent enhancements.
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand their pain points and gather feedback to improve the product.
- Run tests to validate product functionality, identify issues, and ensure a high-quality user experience.
- Organize and facilitate user pilot or testing sessions, gathering feedback and collaborating with the development team to address any issues.
- Develop and deliver training materials to educate users on product features and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support for users, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, resources, and risk.
